Responsibilities:

Make phone calls, write text messages, and send emails to increase sales revenue from potential customers
Gain insurance agent self-sufficiency by collaborating with your mentor on confidence and skill-building
Hit the outlined business production objectives so the agency meets its overall financial goals
Maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities for financial products by treating each client contact as an opportunity to generate new and continued business
Compile, present, and explain insurance policy options that meet each potential customer’s individual needs

Qualifications:

Have a knack for connecting with others for building great rapport and relationships
Valid Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses required or must be willing to get licensed
Successful completion of a background check is required
Strong leadership and communications skills are a must
One year minimum sales experience preferred
