The candidate must be a strong communicator, have excellent written, presentation, oral communications and interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interface with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Support customer engagement initiatives supporting information technology stakeholder and workforce adoption of new processes, standards, and procedures.
• Generate graphics to support various aspects of the software development lifecycle to include agile techniques, white papers, briefings, memos, and other strategic and/or executive communications.
• Maintain program branding requirements and Identify and implement strategies to market and communicate services to DoD/IC.
• Work directly with stakeholders to articulate and communicate capability, standards, and policy from acquisition to point of use.
• Provide technical feedback and edits to analyzes, development plans and requirements in the subject matter area for moderately complex to complex systems for internal and external communications.
• Facilitate and manage client meetings to successfully achieve identified, desired outcomes.
• Exhibits outgoing and dynamic personality to foster relationships throughout the IC to promulgate service offerings by using a variety of oral, print and digital communication mechanisms.
• Collects pertinent information from stakeholders to de-conflict, reconcile, disseminate, and inform the IC.
• Identifies potential barriers to analysis, evaluations, and recommendations for proper implementation of programs and systems specifications, effective transition and develops mitigation plan(s).
• Other tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Must have an active/current TS/SCI and CI Poly.
• 10 years of experience providing management and technical direction to project personnel.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and/ or experience in Graphics Design, Art Design, and specialized experience in supporting information technology.
• Savvy with Graphics Software Tools, to include Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator (Adobe Creative Suite).
• Must have recent Art Portfolio / Work Samples.
• Proficient with Microsoft Professional Office Suite and Microsoft Powerpoint.
• Keen understanding of color theory and overall design elements.
• Able to handle multiple assignments/projects simultaneously.
• Self-driven/Self-directed along with superb time-management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines when necessary and prioritize workload accordingly.
• Ability to accept feedback and implement changes during the iterative process.
• Possess flexibility based upon art/concept changes and or changes in art direction based on business need.
• Excellent track record of dependability, attendance, etc.
• Top-notch writing and editing skills.

Desired Qualifications:

• Web design/editing experience, 3-D graphics, uploading content, videos, etc.
