Job description: Our client in the Santa Monica, CA is in need of a Freelance Copywriter to work on various projects for marketing and advertising materials. This is a software company within the healthcare industry. Writing for a SAAS (Software As A Service) company experience is HIGHLY preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the internal marketing department to create copy materials for various advertising products
  • Take initiative and ownership of creative materials from conception, editing, and delivering final materials
  • Creative writing for: Digital Campaigns/Social, Scripts for Web Videos, Print Materials, Online Blogs
  • Attention to detail, spelling, grammar and overall professional writing level is crucial in this role
  • Must be able to write with a professional SAAS voice and tone
  • Ideal candidate must be able to effectively collobarate with internal marketing team and accept creative direction and criticism

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience as a copywriter
  • Degree in English, Copywriting or relevant field
  • 3+ years in advertising agency experience
  • Must be available to work in Pacific Time Zone (US Candidates Only)
  • Must be able to share portfolio or examples of work

This is a remote, freelance position avaialble to US candidates ONLY.

Hourly rate is $55.00 USD.

Expected salary: $55 per hour
