Job description: Forest Grove Full-Time Swing position, 40 hours per week, Tuesday – Saturday 2pm – 10pm **$500 Sign-On Bonus**

What you will do as a DSP:

The goal is to help the people you support feel and become as independent as possible while they live their daily lives. Among other things, you will:

Join and help people you support while they shop for groceries, clothes, or run errands.
Attend events in the community and special celebrations like birthday parties.
Give medications and other treatments, and complete required documentation.
Help people you support to prepare meals, clean, eat, take care of personal hygiene, and get around at home and outside.

Minimum qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age
High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
Acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license preferred
Acceptable background check and pre-employment drug screen
